Understanding Toner Cartridges

Composition

  • Toner Powder: Creates printed images.

Types of Toner Cartridges

OEM Toner Cartridges

Original equipment manufacturer toner cartridges are made by the same company that makes your printer.

Non-OEM Toner Cartridges

Consists of remanufactured ink cartridges, like the non-oem cartridges purchased from AM Exclusive.

How to Participate

Collection Points

  •  Locate the designated collection points across campus, marked with prominent recycling signage.
  • Common areas, offices, and academic buildings are equipped with convenient drop-off points.

Accepted Items

  • Bring empty or used toner cartridges from printers and copiers (OEM and Non-OEM)
  • Ensure cartridges are clean and free of any residual ink. (NO INK should  be present in the cartridges)

Packaging

  •  Place the used toner cartridges in the provided recycling boxes.
  •  Seal the boxes securely to prevent spillage during transportation.
  • Users must send at least 6-8 toner cartridges in a box.

If you’re looking for a way to watch your favorite TV shows and movies without having to pay for a subscription, there are a number of free streaming services available. These services offer a variety of content, including movies, TV shows, news, sports, and more. They also have different features, such as the ability to watch live TV, create watchlists, and download content for offline viewing.

While there are some limitations to free streaming services, such as ads and a smaller selection of content, they can be a great way to save money on your entertainment budget.

What is MFA or 2FA?

MFA, sometimes known as 2FA (two-factor authentication), is an industry standard for securing data and applications where a combination of two or more credentials are required to verify a user’s identity for login.

Duo Features

Applications and Services Using Duo

Employees accessing CLASS, eSAAS, SAAS, Slate, EAB Navigate, Maxient, Tableau, or Data360 will be prompted to authenticate with Duo after entering their username and password. There will be only one prompt per device every twelve hours when accessing these critical services from off campus. You will not be prompted for the second factor when you are on a campus network.

The Duo App

To use MFA you must install the Duo app on your smartphone. Part of self-enrollment is to download an app to your smartphone.  Self-enrollment takes less than two minutes for most users. Please see for more information. It is best to always use Duo Mobile Push verification requests on iOS or Android devices.

Who Can Use Duo at ӰƬ?

MFA service is only available for use by employees with business needs to access administrative applications and data.

Requesting Access

If your work requires you to access administrative applications and data then you will automatically be prompted to self-enroll during your first login. The Duo  MFA integration uses Single Sign On (SSO) so you will enroll with your ӰƬ employee email and universal password. It is strongly suggested to set up Duo Mobile Push verification requests on iOS or Android devices.

Search the course catalog to find classes that will fulfill your General Education, Capstone Courses, Learning Goals and Distribution Requirements.

My Adviser

The My Adviser page displays contact information for your adviser. If you have set up an email client on your browser, you can send an email to your adviser by clicking on the highlighted name.

My Registration

The “My Registration” page will allow you to register, add or drop classes for a term. For most situations, you can select your courses, notify your adviser, receive approval from them, register and submit drops and/or adds online without having to come to the Registrar’s Office.

The two main ‘stages’ of the procedure are the following:

  • Planning – This timeframe begins approximately two weeks before priority registration begins. You’ll select the courses appropriate to your major, indicate the special grading option available, (normal, pass/fail, audit) and even select alternates for your adviser to approve (in case a course you’ve selected isn’t available). Once you’re finished with your selection, click on “Submit” and your adviser is notified.
  • Priority Registration – Once you receive your adviser’s approval, log in at your appointed time and submit your registration to the system. You’ll immediately be able to see your course confirmation, listing your courses and their location.

For undergraduate students, academic advising is required of all majors. Graduate students should check with their departments for required approvals. Be prepared – don’t wait until the last minute.

  • You can register for (add) a course by course number, department, instructor, keywords and more. Once you are satisfied with the classes you have added, click on the “Submit” button. This will make your registration available to your adviser.
  • Periodically check the system to see if your adviser has evaluated your choices.
  • Once your adviser electronically approves your courses, they will become available to you.
  • At your appointed time, you can then enter the system and submit them to finalize your semester registration.
