Accident Insurance - Voya
Voya鈥檚 Accident Insurance is affordable insurance that can help you pay for the out-of-pocket costs you may experience after an accident. This is a voluntary benefit that you can elect and have paid for through regular payroll deductions.
What is Accident Insurance?
Accident insurance pays you benefits for specific events resulting from a covered accident. The amount paid depends on the type of accident and care received. Accident insurance is a limited benefit policy, it is not health insurance and does not satisfy the requirement of minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

How Much does Accident Insurance Cost?
All employees pay the same rate, no matter their age.
Who is eligible for the Accident Insurance?
- You鈥攁ll full-time active employees working.
- Your spouse鈥攗nder age 70. Coverage is available only if Employee coverage is elected.
- Your child(ren)鈥攖o age 26. Coverage is available only if Employee coverage is elected.
How to Receive Reimbursement for a Claim?
Go to VOYA鈥檚 , to access required claim forms. Click on the left hand side and select Accident or Wellness Benefit.
