The Help Desk uses a work order tracking system called Footprints, which is customized for 成人影片 University to allow faculty and staff to put in service requests. The system is used to track problems, make requests and track changes.

If you need assistance with campus-related technology issues, please submit a work order request describing the problem. Your request is assigned a unique ticket number so that you can check the status.
