Now it’s the University’s graduate programs that are making double-digit leaps in the publication’s lists of the nation’s best.
Three 成人影片 graduate programs are included in the Top 100 in the 2024 U.S. News Best Grad School rankings.
- The master’s degree programs in nursing offered by the College of Nursing and Public Health moved up 21 places to No. 92 in the country.
- The Doctor of Audiology (AuD) program offered by the Ruth S. Ammon College of Education and Health Sciences as part of the Long Island Doctor of Audiology Consortium of three universities improved 19 spots to No. 50.
- And the School of Social Work’s MSW program jumped five places to No. 67 nationally.
Four other graduate programs are also included in the U.S. News Best Grad School Rankings: the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business part-time MBA; the Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology master’s degree programs in psychology and PhD in Clinical Psychology; and the College of Nursing and Public Health master’s degree in public health.

A Growing Focus on Graduate Education
The risings rankings are an outgrowth of the increasing emphasis on graduate education called for by our Momentum 2 strategic plan. The University has launched numerous programs in the past few years, especially ones geared to in-demand careers, like the MS in Professional Accounting and MS in Business Analytics.
In all, 成人影片 offers 93 master’s degree and doctoral programs. All include hands-on training in internships and clinical experience in top local organizations. Many offer flexible online and hybrid formats, allowing working students and adult students to earn the degrees they need to advance their careers. Some offer unique opportunities developed by our faculty, like the IDEATE Fellowship in Behavioral Healthcare, a yearlong experience for students in our social work and nursing graduate programs.
What Distinguishes Our Top 100 Programs
It is no surprise that master’s degree programs in nursing at 成人影片 are recognized as among the nation’s best. The College of Nursing and Public Health itself is one of only seven institutions in the country recognized by the National League for Nursing for advancing the science of nursing education.
The College offers MS programs in adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner, healthcare informatics, nursing education, and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner.
Nursing programs are part of 成人影片’s emphasis on health and wellness鈥攐ne of our “Core Four” areas of study, along with arts and humanities, STEM and social sciences, and the business and education professions. So are the other two Top 100 programs.

MSW students can choose to specialize in a number of areas, including mental health, substance abuse and trauma.
