Recently, the University received 2023鈥�2024聽聽accolades as a New York State College of Distinction and in categories that included Business, Education, Nursing, Career Development, Military Support, and Equity and Inclusion. Colleges and universities undergo a rigorous vetting and interview process by Colleges of Distinction, which serves as a trusted resource for prospective students, families and college counselors.

Awarded to just 208 colleges and universities in the United States, the honor roll includes only the top 25 percent of colleges that apply for the distinction.
