A master鈥檚 degree in communication disorders will prepare you for a career as a speech-language pathologist, working with clients across the lifespan in hospital settings, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, preschools, early intervention agencies or in school districts. Therapy work focuses on improving speech, language, literacy and feeding/swallowing skills.

You鈥檒l help offer clinical services for the community in the areas of speech, language and hearing disorders, and you’ll be part of innovative group therapy programs for toddlers, preschoolers, adolescents and adults. It is a right that speech-language pathologists and audiologists help people with language disorders exercise.
