³ÉÈËӰƬ takes great pride in the long-standing tradition it shares with generations of families who consider themselves ³ÉÈËӰƬ Panthers.
Legacy families are students and alumni whose family, including parents, grandparents and/or siblings, attended or currently attend ³ÉÈËӰƬ University. The Legacy Family Program recognizes families for their continued generational support and commitment to ³ÉÈËӰƬ. Family connections have long been a part of the success of ³ÉÈËӰƬ University and its students and it is through our alumni families that the heritage of the University passes from generation to generation.

Piccirillo-Tudisco Family
The Piccirillo-Tudisco family legacy at ³ÉÈËӰƬ University is an extended group of family members who have attended ³ÉÈËӰƬ since the 1980’s. There are 16 family members who have attended ³ÉÈËӰƬ over the decades. Teresa Piccirillo-Tudisco attended ³ÉÈËӰƬ starting in 1989, graduating with her BS in Education ‘93 and MS ‘97. Teresa originally decided to go to ³ÉÈËӰƬ because her older brother Angelo Piccirillo was already attending ³ÉÈËӰƬ and was having a fantastic experience. During Teresa’s time at ³ÉÈËӰƬ she made wonderful friendships and had amazing professors and classes. ³ÉÈËӰƬ and the Education Department solidified her desire to become an early childhood educator. ³ÉÈËӰƬ made her transition from student to teacher smooth and effortless and provided her with many opportunities for career success.
Alumni Award
Children of alumni who are accepted to ³ÉÈËӰƬ can receive up to a $1,000 alumni award. A student must indicate on their application if a parent or grandparent graduated from ³ÉÈËӰƬ University in order to receive the award.Â
